Hello, I'm Jane Curran. For over 20 years now I've worked for some of the UK's biggest media brands, creating food content tailored to ABC1 audiences.
Having worked in fast-paced, industry-leading restaurants and studied at Leiths, I have a solid grounding in the technical, classical elements of cookery as well as having an understanding of what a modern audience is looking for from food.
From managing entire commercial shoots and branded content projects to styling a small editorial shoot or pulling together a product page I am comfortable with the demands of food media. I am very happy to work on digital projects, creating galleries and using a CMS.
